• All orders require 24 hours to be processed before they are dispatched.
• During this time, we verify order details, prepare the package, and coordinate with our delivery partner, Wakilni.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day. ⏳📅✅

2. Shipping & Delivery Methods

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via Wakilni, our trusted logistics partner. The estimated delivery times depend on the method you choose: 🚛📦💨

Standard Delivery – $2 (All Over Lebanon)

• Available for all locations in Lebanon.
• Delivery time: 2 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays). 🏠📬⏳

Express Delivery – $6 (Only in Beirut & Surrounding Regions)

• Available only for Beirut and nearby areas.
• Delivery time: Within 32 hours from the dispatch time.
• Not available on Sundays or public holidays. ⚡📦⏱️

3. Important Notes

• If an order is placed on Friday, and the selected delivery period is 2 to 4 working days, it means that Sundays are not counted in the working days. For example, an order placed on Friday could arrive between Monday and Wednesday, depending on the chosen delivery method. 📅🔄📦
• Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, or public holidays. 🌧️🚦📦
